Endah Affif


Endah has more than 20 years consulting experience. She began her career as a Finance and Management consultant and in the last 14 years she has been working in the area of business development and consultative sales that encompasses a broad spectrum of recruitment, assessment, learning and development, competency profiling and performance management. Endah has an MBA graduated from University of Colorado in Boulder, USA. Endah works with a wide range of organizations across industries in Indonesia including Bank Mandiri, Bank Danamon, Indosat and Vale Inco to name a few.

Rozan Anwar


Rozan has been a consultant in HR processes and practices for over 15 years. He is a qualified Master Trainer for DDI technology who has also acted as Strategic Consultant and Advisor for PT Daya Dimensi Indonesia since 1998. During his time with DDI, Rozan developed its business by partnering with other organizations to work under Daya Dimensi Indonesia Group. In addition, he has established the Better Indonesia Foundation (YILB) as part of his social responsibility call. He is now also a member of Governing Board of IPMI and Jakarta Institute of Art (IKJ). He was also a lecturer in Marketing, HRM, and Organizational Behavior in University of Trisakti, Department of Economics from 1993 - 2003 and STEKPI in 1994 - 1995. He acquired an MBA degree in 1992 and a Doctorate degree from University of Indonesia, FISIP, Department of Public Administration, in 2009.

Bruce Ebert

Bruce has over 30 years experience in Learning and Development, Operations Management, Talent Management Technology Services (LMS, Performance Management, Career Planning, Succession Management, Learning Content Development and Social Networking). He has established a range of HR managed services (outsourcing) in Australia and SE Asia and has extensive experience in provider selection, management and establishing accredited provider networks. Peter Goldrick

Managing Director

Peter has over 25 years experience in organisational development, human resources and strategic management. Peter has worked closely with senior leadership executives in many organisations, including ANZ, BHP Billiton, Australia Post, Nokia and AMP to design and implement regional succession planning and development strategies. With a passion for generating real impact for his clients Peter has worked with many of Australia's leading multinationals across the region to translate strategy into results through the re-engineering of process, implementation of HR systems and introduction of outsourced Managed Services. Meike Malaon


Before entering the consulting industry in 1996, Meike started her career in communication and journalism. She has been advising various prominent organizations in Indonesia with regards to HR systems implementation and people development for over 15 years. Her focus is in the areas of leadership selection, learning, competency profiling and performance enhancement. Meike graduated from Economic Faculty of University of Indonesia. Her clients include Bank Indonesia, BRI, BNI 46, Pertamina, Astra Group of companies, HM Sampoerna, BCA, TELKOM, and Toyota.

Andi Wibisono


Andi has over 12 years of consulting services experience with exposure in both large system implementation and development of HR best practices. He has been engaged by leading local and international organisations to design HR processes and manage the implementation of Talent Management Systems. In addition to his systems capabilities, Andi has consulted extensively in corporate leadership development as a facilitator of executive development programs and developed a specialty in helping organizations in implementing competency-based job analysis. He has served prominent companies such as Medco Energi International, Bank Indonesia, Indosat, Bank Mandiri, Holcim, Pertamina, Toyota and BHP.
