A new way to manage personal and employment information, eLINK helps drive simplicity and reduces waste on how they gather and use people related information to give them better business outcomes.
eLINK enables employees to create a public profile on their homepage, where they can share their interests and experiences and get to know their team members better. With eLINK, employees have the advantage of keeping online records and tracking their performance progress, connecting to learning activities and online learning modules as well as sharing their knowledge with fellow learners.
Leaders can make use of eLINK to access important information about themselves or their team members whenever they need it. They can follow the progress of their team members individually with real time dashboards, better understand their aspirations and figure out when they are ready for their next role.
